This NSF-certified oven mitt doesn't get dirty, even with repeated use in busy kitchens.
• NSF-certified VaporGuard protective liquid/vapor barrier on outside of mitt and on inside liner assures protection, wet or dry, from hot liquids, steam and oil up to 450°F.
• Ambidextrous insulated mitt inhibits bacterial growth and doesn't allow anything to stick to it.
• Quick-cleaning for increased productivity and sanitation: Simply wipe outside, rinse inside and return to work.
You can always remove it later.
